Account Management Teams

Discovery Research Group is organized into market research account teams to ensure that you have consistency and continuity during you market research projects and the market research process. Our market research teams consist of an Account Executive who also serves as the account team leader and manager, Project Directors who manage the day-to-day market research project tasks and serve as the daily single point of contact, and Script Programmers (CATI - computer aided telephone interview, dashboard, IVR or online survey) who are the technical point of contact for each market research project.  These account teams are permanently assigned to each client so that the entire account research team has a historical and longitudinal understanding of your market research project needs.
