It takes the efforts of hundreds of Discovery Research interviewers to collect and deliver the quality opinion research data we provide to our clients.  Through our rigorous screening process, we hire articulate and intelligent telephone market research interviewers - many from strong local universities like Utah State University, Brigham Young University - Idaho, and the College of Southern Idaho.

Training, Supervision and Monitoring

All of our interviewers are required to pass an initial comprehensive training program. They receive additional on-going training to enhance their market research interviewing skills, they regularly attend market research project briefings to understand the unique aspects of the individual projects they are working on, and are monitored regularly to evaluate performance.

Our interviewer to supervisor ratio (6:1) ensures that our survey interviewers collect your market research data according to your expectations. Our state-of-the-art telephone system allows our clients to monitor their market research interviews any time they feel the need.
