WEB SURVEY PROGRAMMING

WEB-HOSTING AND STORAGE

Discovery Research hosts all of its online surveys in-house.  This provides complete control and security in the data collection and storage process.  Data is backed up nightly and is also stored in a secure off-site location. Through various levels of diagnostic and auto-alert functionality, Discovery Research Group's IT team continually monitors the heart-beat of the system and optimizes technical performance.  Full HIPAA & GLB compliance measures are in place and are constantly updated.
