Training, Supervision and Monitoring

All of our interviewers are required to pass an initial comprehensive training program. They receive additional on-going training to enhance their market research interviewing skills, they regularly attend market research project briefings to understand the unique aspects of the individual projects they are working on, and are monitored regularly to evaluate performance.

Our interviewer to supervisor ratio (6:1), and our separate quality control and audits team, ensures that our survey interviewers collect your market research data according to your expectations. Our state-of-the-art telephone system allows our clients to monitor their market research interviews any time they feel the need. We follow industry standards and procedures to assure that high-quality market research interviews are conducted for each of our valued clients.
