Discovery Research Group offers exciting opportunities for both English speaking telephone interviewers and Bilingual English/Spanish speaking telephone interviewers at all our three call centers offices. Call center interviewers conduct surveys over the telephone using computer-based surveys according to specific guidelines and procedures. Telephone interviewers will never be asked to sell anything. The main responsibility includes interacting with customers after a health care based experience, so all telephone interviewers must be extremely polite and professional at all times while following specific scripts for each call.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend project briefings.
  • Conduct telephone interviews according to company policy.
  • Produce accurate work.
  • Arrive on time, be productive, work efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Job/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must read and write English well.
  • Must type at least 25 wpm.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be honest, responsible and dependable.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for every scheduled shift.


  • Interviewers are paid based a wage dependent on the number of surveys completed per hour and how high the cost per interview is for each study. This varies from project to project.
